Silex is a collaborative venture between the fashion brand Icicle and award-winning chef Jerome Tauvron.

The venue, a fine dining restaurant serving contemporary French-Japanese food, is designed to reflect the purity of the Icicle brand combined with the elemental qualities of Jerome Tauvron’s culinary creations.  A restrained palette of solid wood, stone and Italian polished plaster combine to create an interior, which is warm, refined but accessible.
