Comm Biz, a ‘Social Business Club’, is a new type of workspace in Shanghai for which Red Design was appointed design consultant in late 2016.

The 600sqm venue comprises two main components: a large flexible dining room and a series of highly personalized working areas for up to 20 people to rent. Customers can take advantage of a bespoke co-working environment with five-star hotel levels of service, coupled with a premium dining offer within the same space.

Comm Biz opened in later 2017 and quickly sold out its available workspaces; the dining area has played host to a range of functions and events for leading hospitality brands.
