Located in the heart of Pitt Street Mall at Westfield Sydney, the Pop Mart Sydney Global Flagship opened in December 2025. The design draws inspiration from the iconic Sydney Opera House—particularly its sail‑like shell structures and their reflection on the water. We aim to translate this architectural poetry into an immersive two‑floor retail narrative. Conceived under the visual theme “Unfolding the Opera House,” the space establishes a continuous play of reflection between interior and exterior through fluid shell‑like forms, layered light reflections, and a material palette shifting from matte to high‑gloss finishes. Moving beyond display‑centric retail logic, the environment orchestrates emotion through scenography—each visit becomes an entry into a contemporary sanctuary built for collectible culture.
